Standing safely near a tram or bus stop to watch vehicles arrive and depart trains visual tracking, anticipation, and understanding of everyday routines.
How to do it (Step by step)
- Stand behind a safety line or barrier with baby in your arms or stroller.
- Point to arriving vehicles and say "The bus is coming" or "The tram is leaving".
- Count one or two buses together as they go past.
