About this play

Somewhere around eight months, babies start testing whether their legs can hold their whole weight. Kneeling in front of a low, stable piece of furniture and offering your hands lets your baby practise the push, pull, and wobble of coming up to standing in total safety.

How to do it (Step by step)
  • Sit baby in front of a sturdy, low piece of furniture.
  • Offer your hands or a stable edge for them to pull up on.
  • Cheer and support their hips gently as they find their balance.

Every milestone, beautifully remembered.

Track your baby’s complete development journey, discover daily age-perfect activities, log WHO growth charts, and securely share memories with your whole family.
