About this adventure
A small group that meets in a library or café to read a picture book together and do a simple related craft. Even pre-verbal babies benefit from hearing rich language, watching older toddlers, and feeling part of a reading community.
How to do it (Step by step)
- Arrive early so baby can settle before the story starts.
- Point to pictures in the book as the reader narrates.
- Chat with another parent about the book afterwards.
